Unreal and Fake

Everyday, we are bombarded by models with flawless skin, perfect figure, etc...the list goes on.

Recently, Louis Vuitton has used Madonna as their spokesperson and they have made her looked so much younger. It's kinda unreal and it sends out a message that we have to remain young looking all the time. In actual fact, we'll age and grow wrinkled. This is the truth and it's real.

This doesnt help as we are constantly worshipping the youthful beauty. This is sad as some of us refused to accept that this is how it works. I agreed all of us want to look good and will resort to certain cosmetics procedures to maintain our looks and bodies if our finances can maintain.

For those who cant afford this hefty price tag, what we can do for ourselves is to watch what we eat as well as exercise.

At the end of the day, we could help ourselves by feeling young at heart as well as taking care of our diet and health in order to maintain youthful.

That's my 2 cents worth.
