I do know that I wanna something lasting in terms of styling and still protects my eyes. Of course, it should not be too expensive especially during this period. Well, my gf mentioned that she wouldnt spend that much. Well, I've other thoughts.
Tried Gucci and many other brands. But was unsure of the made of the lens.
Oh gosh, just realised my sentences are starting with I do...
We decided to check out on sunnies and decided to settle on Ray-Ban instead after comparison of prices. It seemed to be value for money and got it pretty reasonable. SL settled for an aviator while I like the matte version of the Original Wayfarers. Simply because it's matte and it's one of the popular designs right now. Check the Ray-Ban site and it's one of the top selling sunnies.
Here is my matte Original Wayfarers and will try to like it. Just realise that I've joined a band of fashionistas who wear these pairs of frames but as normal specs. BTW, Audrey Hepburn wore this, too. Yah, I'm on my way to 'fashiondom', maybe. Will convert this pair into normal specs if I'm planning to get the Jackie Ohhh version - those 'fly eyes' type of sunnies to cover my face. I love those sunnies that cover my face. Simply love it!
Meanwhile, I will enjoy my original Wayfarer. Only to realise that handmade is more expensive than machine one. BTW, mine is handmade and using this everyday. Yay! Thumbs up!
PS : I'm such an auntie and still comparing prices whenever I pass an optical shop. Yes, I'm crazy!
