Searching my Holy Grail of beauty products ~ foundation

With my finances barely there, I've to cut down some of the luxurious products. One of the first few items to have undergone major allowance allocation is cosmetics. Previously, have been a fan and user of M.A.C, Bobby Brown, Issey Miyake, etc.

In search of a product that perform as well as within my budget, I've been trying various brands especially those in Watson's such as Maybelline, Revlon. Loreal, Majolica Majorca, Rimmel, etc. For foundations, I've downgraded to Maybelline Angel Fit. Somehow, it doesnt sit on my face unless I'm using wet sponge. The results can be cakey at times and I still have 2 more to go before I hit the pan.

BTW, I'm not into putting on makeup everyday coz I do wanna my face to breathe.

Recently, had a conversation with this gf of mine who has a wealthy of cosmetics knowledge. She introduced me many brands and one of those was ZA 2-way foundation. Went to google it and found that it was pretty well-received by many consumers. When we had this conversation, it was during mid-June and decided to wait coz ZA is famous for issuing pretty casing for Xmas series.

Happened to chance upon it recent and decided to purchase it coz I saw this year's Xmas packaging. Decided to settled for the silver compact packaging with the purse in silver, too. My gf also gave me last's year's slim packaging. These are so pretty and I do know many ladies do buy the Xmas packaging except my gf who likes the original packaging.

As for the foundation, I tried it on the very next day. Yes, it really stick onto your face without the cakey feeling and I've been converted as well as sold by all the raves of the other female consumers. My color is 22 and I'm loving it!

Here are the pictures of this year's and last year's packagings.
