Artsy?

IMHO, art is an interesting component when the city is gearing towards urbanization. It brings life and character to the city. To me, it provides moments of inspirations or provokes thoughts.

Here are some artsy moments that caught my eyes. Hope you'll love them!

This picture was taken when I was attending Christian Lacroix's exhibition. Thought it was an interesting feature as it portrayed the tension interaction between the East and West. It's located at the entrance of the National Museum of Singapore and was done by an Indonesian artist S Teddy Darmawan.

The other was the sculpture located at OC. Tall Girl was done by German art collective Inges Idee and it's a distorted figure of a girl who stands at a height of 20m. While taking this photo, I had a hard time to fit the whole figurine into the frame. Was lucky to capture it late at night when there were lesser people in the building. What attracted my attention was the pair of red platforms coz I've a similar pair but the soles were no longer wearable.
